How many places can I book?

We are trying to encourage as many student fundraising groups to attend Conference as possible.  This means that initially 4 tickets will be available per institution.  If there are any tickets left after the 4th July, a resale will commence on the 7th July.  If you are interested in attending we recommend you approach your RAG/Fundraising Group/Student's Union.

 

Does a delegate ticket for RAG Conference include accommodation?

Yes, a delegate ticket for conference includes accommodation for the Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

 

Is accommodation available on the evening of Monday 25th August?

How easy is it to get to the venue?

York RAG Conference is going to be hosted at the University of York Heslington West Campus.

From the train station: Buses will be available from the Train station to the main campus. 

Via road: Check in will be at The Student Centre, James College, Newton Way, University of York, Heslington, YO10 5DD.
