Charities and Companies Fair

Tuesday 26th August 2014, 3pm - 6.30pm

 

The Charities and Companies Fair provides a unique environment at the heart of RAG Conference, where you can expose student fundraisers from across the country, to information about your charity or company and the services and opportunities that you offer.

The University of York Exhibition Centre provides the ideal venue for this event and is well equipped to deal with any of your requirements, however unique!

 

Two stall options are available for the fair: A standard or premium stall.

A standard stall will cost £160 and will include:

  • Pitch size of 2.5m x 2.5m
  • 1 table (approx 6ft x 4ft)
  • Access to power points
  • 2 chairs (more can be provided)
  • A felt backing board can be supplied.

A premium stall will cost £380 and will include:

  • Pitch size of 4m x 3m and located prominently on the main walkway
  • 1 table (approx 6ft x 4ft)
  • Access to power points
  • 2 chairs (more can be provided)
  • A felt backing board can be supplied.

 

There is no maximum number of people that you can attend the fair however in order to make the fair a pleasant experience for all attendees, please have no more than two people on your stall at anyone time. There is will plenty of breakout space available to all stall holders and we ask that you utilize this wherever possible.

We have limited availability for this event and so please book now to avoid disappointment. Stands will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.

Stall bookings are open.

To complete the stall booking you will also need to post or email us a copy of your £5 million public liability insurance certificate before we will confirm the purchase.
